Thanks for purchasing our products at www.plinkjet.com operated by PL INKJET SDN. BHD. (Printing Master).

Please note that all parcel is well packed and verified by our Quality Control before sending out. However, we couldn’t avoid delivery issue caused by courier service during delivery.

Hence, if there is defect in your order, you may contact our customer service and we will advise the solution to remove the defect. If the defect still not acceptable, we will provide discount on next order (promo code will be provided) or partial refund of the order.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact our customer service via whatsapps (+6016-7288212) by providing us the video/photo of the defect items.

Our team will inspect it and contact you for the discount or refund arrangements. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 14 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Defect:

1. Pleae provide us the photo/video of the defect, our team will investigate and get back to you.
2. You may try to use iron to quickly remove small wrinkles in the foamboard.
3. Please note that all foamboard parcel is well packed and verified by our QC before sending out. However we could't avoid delivery issue caused by courier service during delivery.

If there is defect in your order, you may contact our customer service and we will advise the solution to remove the defect. If the defect still not acceptable, we will provide 10% discount on next order.
Folding line:

1. Please note that there will be folding line in the foamboard. We have been using this folding method for event planner,event the seller in Taobao also doing this way :)

If you don't wish to have the foling line in the foamboard, you may choose self pick up (using lorry/van/7 seated car).

For tarpaulin backdrop or carpet printing, tarpaulin type (glossy or matte) is subjected to material availability as the supply is fluctuating.

Please expect some variability for the material type when ordering tarpaulin. The material type does not affect the performance, mainly just on the appearance.

Please do not order if you cannot accept the above or check with customer service for more information.

Printing

1. No change/amendment once final artwork has been confirmed and proceeded.

2. No order cancellation after proceeded.

3. Please allow 10-15% colour tolerance in the final printing outcome.

4. Do not depend entirely on your monitor colour display, as printed colour of end product may differ from what appears on screen.

5. Use ONLY CMYK colour mode in your artwork. The use of other colour mode such as RGB and Pantone will cause an inaccurate output of colours.

6. Lighter shades usually print much lighter than they appear on screen and you may disappointed with the outcome. Please AVOID setting colour tints (toning) lower than 10%.

By approving your artwork proof, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the proof disclaimer above.



PL will NOT be held any responsible for any errors arising after final artwork approved by customer.
Preferred format for printing: Illustrator (AI) or HIGH RESOLUTION JPEG/png.



1. Before sending your files, make sure all fonts are converted to outlines

(converted to outlines for Illustrator and PDF, converted to "shapes" for Photoshop, converted to "curves for CorelDraw.)



2. Linked Graphics - Be sure to include or embed all of your placed / imported images when you send your artwork



3. All images must be in CMYK color.



4. Make sure your artwork's resolution is at least 300 dpi. This resolution will ensure that your design will appear crisp and sharp instead of blurry.



5. Make sure to include "bleed" with your artwork.

Image "bleed" is where you want the image to fill a background completely to the edges of the card. The image must extend beyond the trim area so that color will go edge to edge if there is a slight variance in the trim cuts. Image bleed is defined in each template.



6. Due to cutting variances, card designs with a "framed border" are not recommended. A possible slight shift in cutting will cause the printed frame border to appear off center or uneven.
Our system supports CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.
High Resolution file (at least 300 dpi) if highly recommend for printing.

Please note that low file resolution will affect the printing outcome. All picture resolution please double check before send to us for design. PL Inkjet will not be responsible on this part.
